Designed for athletes ready to take their training to the next level, whether you’re chasing a HYROX or simply want to push your limits. Prioritising smarter programming to build engine capacity, strength under fatigue and progressive run volume. We recommend you complete Hybrid 1.0 first!

5 Weeks to 5k
Your first step toward becoming “a runner.” This guided 5K journey builds gradually from run-walk intervals to steady runs, helping you progress at your own pace while learning the fundamentals of breath, form and mindset.

New or returning runners who want to complete their first 5K and actually enjoy the process.
