Hybrid Beginners Program: Ski, rower and bike ergs, barbell, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbag, medicine ball, box and sled.
5K Beginner Program: Just a stopwatch or smartwatch.
Home Program: Dumbbells, resistance band and a skipping rope

Revia programs are designed for women at every stage of their fitness journey, from first-timers to those rediscovering their spark.
Hybrid Beginner: For those wanting to train across multiple disciplines and feel strong, fit and capable. Ideally designed for women who are weight training and want to introduce running into their routine, and vice versa.
This 8 week program is for anyone who:
Wants to train just like Rev
Has signed up for a Hyrox or Hybrid Event and needs a bulletproof program
5 Weeks to 5K: For new or returning runners ready to complete (and enjoy!) their first 5K.
Revia at Home: For anyone needing structure, support and accountability from home with minimal equipment. -
The Home Program is designed for those training from their living room or garage, while the Hybrid and 5K programs can be done at any gym, track, or local park.

We’ll be continuously releasing new programs, sessions, and mindset content inside Revia. Keep an eye on your app notifications and emails for upcoming drops and seasonal challenges.

Your Revia dashboard automatically logs completed workouts, runs, and sessions. You’ll be able to view your performance history, see badges you’ve earned, and celebrate your consistency over time.

Revia is available on both iOS and Android devices. You can log in from your phone or tablet, and your progress syncs automatically across devices.

Absolutely! Many Revia members repeat their favourite programs to measure growth or rebuild structure after time off. You can restart any program at any time.

Yes there’s no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the App Store or Google Play. You’ll still have access until the end of your billing period.
